El Toro Memorial Park is a District Cemetery that is located in the county of Orange. Its prime location serves the cities of Irvine, Laguna Hills, and as far South as San Clemente. Although not restricted to these cities it has a large outreach. El Toro Memorial offers all standard burials along with cremation burials. It has several niche walls and a lovely covered garden niche area with a water wall for those quiet moments. The rolling hills and mature trees offer a quiet getaway to sit and reflect.
When shopping for a burial site pricing should always be important. You will find that District cemeteries offer you the best prices overall. You will not experience high pressure sales tactics that private corporate cemeteries provide because district cemeteries only provide burial services and will not bundle all the extra “Goods” that is not needed to bury a loved one. The process is simple and within your budget. Always compare pricing when shopping for a place to lay your loved one to rest.
El Toro Memorial and Traditional Burial Sites
El Toro memorial Park offers traditional burial sites that allow companion burial sites for couples that want their loved ones close together. The typical site can be marked with either granite or Bronze type flat markers. Various sizes are permitted to fit your needs. Although Vertical monuments are not allowed today you will find several older grave sites with vertical monuments. This requirement today allows for uniformity of the grounds with out obstructions for lawn maintenance.
In todays world the difficulty you will experience will be in finding a cemetery that is close to you that is not a private corporate cemetery. Most mature cemeteries are getting filled with no available space for expansion.
The Orange County Cemetery District is currently working in opening a new cemetery to be located in the Chino Hills area and plan this development to be combined with a Veterans cemetery as well. This is up coming in a couple of years.
